The range of things that we do is quite wide, but our simplest service is the pendant alarm system.

Our core business is the monitoring and response service – we buy in equipment from the best value, most reliable suppliers and are truly independent.

We’re a private company committed to providing high quality service at affordable prices and we take a stable, long term view of our progress and our plans. We believe that’s important for our customers when they choose to purchase from us.

How it Works

Getting set up is a breeze... don't be put off by technology!

  1. We provide everything you need, and the equipment is all fully tested before you receive it. In most cases it's all "ready to go" straight out of the box.
  2. We know that everyone's setup at home is different, so we’ll give you basic instructions on what needs to be connected where, to make sure your telephone is fully usable when you plug your alarm in.
  3. All you need to do is plug in to you phone line and a nearby power socket — minimum cables, minimum fuss.
  4. Even if you're not sure of something, our operators and staff are on hand to help you get set up.

Your equipment comes with a 2 year warranty in case of failure – and in the rare event of a problem, a new unit will be despatched to you within 1 working day.

Our units are chosen for value and quality, and to continue operating well beyond any manufacturer’s warranty period — it's important to us that our technology is hassle-free.

Should an issue arise that isn’t covered by warranty, we'll always advise you of the most cost-effective solution – we’re not interested in selling expensive add-on service cover options.

We're also committed to providing you the best value for money to ensure your peace of mind — our lowest subscription package works out at just 23 pence per day.

Eldercare is a long standing member of the Telecare Services Association. This means that we have a target of answering 98.5% of all calls we receive within 60 seconds of your call reaching us. We answer all calls within a maximum of 3 minutes of receipt. Even if you can’t speak to us, we will make sure that help gets to you regardless – we work on a ‘better safe than sorry’ principle.
