Your equipment comes with a 2 year warranty in case of failure – and in the rare event of a problem, a new unit will be despatched to you within 1 working day.
Our units are chosen for value and quality, and to continue operating well beyond any manufacturer’s warranty period — it's important to us that our technology is hassle-free.
Should an issue arise that isn’t covered by warranty, we'll always advise you of the most cost-effective solution – we’re not interested in selling expensive add-on service cover options.
We're also committed to providing you the best value for money to ensure your peace of mind — our lowest subscription package works out at just 23 pence per day.
